How BrightPath began
BrightPath was born from a deeply personal experience. Our founder, after watching her own grandmother struggle to find consistent, compassionate care in Florida, decided to build the agency she wished had existed.
Since opening our doors in 2023, we've grown from a small team of five caregivers to a family of over 18 certified professionals — but our founding values have never changed.
We believe that great care isn't just about tasks completed. It's about relationships built, routines honored, and lives enriched. Every caregiver we hire shares that belief.

Nelly Figueroa
Founder & CEO
Nelly founded BrightPath in 2023 after a personal experience navigating elder care for her own family. She holds a Master's in Healthcare Administration and has spent 20 years advocating for seniors across Florida.
Chris Passalaqua
Director of Care Operations
Marcus brings 09 years of clinical and operational experience in home health. He oversees caregiver training, quality assurance, and ensures every care plan meets BrightPath's high standards.
Linda Torres
Lead Care Coordinator
Linda is often the first voice families hear when they call BrightPath. With 12 years in care coordination, she has a gift for listening, assessing needs, and matching families with the right caregiver.
David Kim
Director of Nursing
David is a licensed RN with specialized training in geriatric care and dementia support. He leads our skilled nursing team and develops the clinical protocols that keep our clients safe and healthy.
